Carmarthenshire Y.F.C
The Wales YFC Sports Day was held in Brecon on the 19th of June with many members representing the County.
There was success in the Dodgeball for Males competition with the County team winning the competition. Congratulations to Hefin Jones, Alwyn Evans, Ieuan Rees & Dan Jones from Llanllwni YFC; Chris Ludgate from Capel Iwan YFC; Aled Thomas & Ifan Williams from Llangadog YFC; Aaron Evans & Sion Davies from Llannon YFC.
There was also success in the Mixed Touch Rugby competition with the Carmarthenshire team coming second with Tomos Price, Abigail Phillips, Ffion Morgan a Bethan Price from Llandovery YFC; Rhydian Davies, Megan Hughes, Greg Evans, Manon Owens, Joseph Hier from Llannon YFC & Gwion Evans from Llanllwni YFC playing. Congratulations to them.
The Hockey for females’ competition saw Carmarthenshire win the 4th place. Congratulations to Elan Thomas from Penybont YFC; Cathrin Jones, Betsan Jones, Luned Jones, Catrin Evans & Nia Davies from Llanllwni YFC; Anna-Helena Cnuddle, Chloe Hier a Jessica Hier from Llannon YFC.
Another success on the day was the Frisbee competition where the County won 4th place. Congratulations to Llangadog YFC members Guto Price, Gruff Jones, Sion Jones, Osian Jones, Sara Price & Erin Jones.
